Gerhard qualified in remedial massage in the late 70's in Austria. He was introduced to Osteopathy by Ingrid Flint (Stoddard) on a weeks post graduate course. He started the 4 year full time Osteopathy course in London in 1979 and has not looked back since. (Thank you, Ingrid).

Gerhard has been working at The Orchard Clinic since 1983 and enjoys treating whole "generations" of families. He calls himself a "10 Finger Osteopath", which encompasses, manipulation, soft tissue, cranial, paediatric, geriatric, visceral and sports osteopathy. The whole person is considered not just the problem . He uses ultrasound, pulsating vacuum and skennar therapy - as part of treatment, if indicated. .

Gerhard lives in Coleshill with his wife and two children. He enjoys Yoga and comes from a long line of "Bone Setters".
