Mindfulness workshop and 8 week course at the Orchard Clinic

I will be running an 8 week Mindfulness and Meditation course for well-being at the clinic starting on Monday the 26th January. This workshop will cover some of the key concepts of mindfulness and will be experiential with guided meditations. It will provide an insight into some of the topics covered on the 8 week Mindfulness fro well-being programme starting on the 26th January. Instead of helplessness or the fight-flight reaction to stress moment to moment awareness allows control and influence to still be possible, even in stressful situations.

Mindfulness is a form of mental training that can enable an individual to live a more grounded, balanced and therefore happier life.
